On a beautiful sunny Sunday in May, Giorgia Fumanti launched her 11th album “Let’s Love Us”, at the Manoir Saint-Sauveur’s Boudoir filled to capacity.
Giorgia Fumanti’s power over her audience is one of love, gentleness and compassion. The admiration granted to him by his fans is unconditional, each person drawing appeasement from the source of this comforting soul to the angelic voice. With a great generosity, the one I’ve always called the barefoot Diva – loving to get off her heels to better connect with the earthly energy that connects her to a bigger one – she gave a generous concert free of a dozen songs.
With this new opus, Giorgia honors the repertoire of Quebec and French song, interpreting in its own way and soprano voice of unparalleled intensity and inimitable, the texts of our talented composers sung by our greatest voices. The beauty, the humility, the charisma emanating from this world-renowned artist and citizen of the Laurentians, touch the hearts and mark their mark forever.
“Let us love each other” is an impulse of the heart, a powerful cry of love, the acknowledgment of a singer who thanks her home land for all the love with which she fulfills herself.
